Someone Cares Inc. of Atlanta is a 501(c)3 nonprofit HIV/AIDS Outreach Organization; providing holistic support and interventions to the LGBTQ, and underserved, marginalized, homeless populations, making it a "One Stop Shop". Someone Cares provides HIV/AIDS/STI prevention education, interventions, advocacy, support services, counseling & testing, mental health, research, screening, treatment and primary care. Someone Cares is the largest Transgender service organization in the southeastern United States. Since 1996, through our outreach programs, Someone Cares has reached over 80,000 individuals and their families.
This App has Push Notification enabled which allows you to view App messages sent directly from the business straight to your lock screen; Push Notification feature must be enabled for this to work. App contains Integrated Facebook/Twitter feeds.
App contains a Geo-Fencing feature which requires location from the App for it to work.
